- Julius earned HND in accountancy from I.M.T Enugu, BA (Hons) in Business Education from ESUTH, MBA in view, He is a Prudent entrepreneur, a captain of industry, the Chief Executive Officer of Swisszaco Ltd, He is responsible for spear-heading the company’s business strategies and Operational excellence.
- Julius is the Co-founder of Ogorstar Conglomerates Inc, and Academic Director of Chicago Business School Nigeria, He has proven executive leadership track record with over 20 years’ experience in sales, commercial, retail, business development strategy in Real Estate, Oil & Gas, corporate governance, including nonprofit sector, project development as well I.C.T service industries.
- He has held managerial position in various sectors. Julius is also the Founder and Chairman Board of Trustee of Prudent Global Development Initiative; He is Eminent Peace Ambassador of United Nation/member of international Association Of Peace Advocate, He has attended many Global Business Summits and conference as a delegate.
Oyibo Eketeraye
- Oyibo is a Co-founder of Swisszaco Ltd, and the procurement officer of the company. He is responsible for optimal and cost effective procurement of goods, works and services through the development and implementation of appropriate procurement strategies.
- Prior to his joining Swisszaco Ltd, he has held different active senior positions in many companies.
- He is a renowned entrepreneur incubator that coaches young entrepreneurs across the globe, Eradicating poverty by helping youth to create self-employment in different sectors of the economy.
Michael Blessing Edet
- Michael-Edet Blessing Onyinye is the human resource manager in Swisszaco limited.
- She holds a Bsc in accounting from the university of chukwuemeka odumegwu ojukwu (COOU)
- She also doubles as the EFCC compliance officer, planning, sales representative, and evaluation officer of the company.
- She’s a self-driven and detail-oriented human resource professional with over 4 years of experience across various industries such as oil and gas, finance, real estate and power.
- She’s a dynamic professional with a background in administration, accounting, human resources and finance and has accomplished in managing conflict resolutions to maintain employee morale and has a robust experience in manpower management with major IOCs (International Oil Companies)
Ruth Sorochi Imenka
- She holds an HND in Building Technology from Federal Polytechnic, Nekede. She is the Admin manager as well as the Finance management, planning, execution, and evaluation officer of the company's administrative matrices.
- Prior to joining Swisszaco Ltd., Ruth has held various senior positions in several organizations in different industries. She has undergone many professional certification programs and training, including but not limited to U.K - Institute of Chartered and Certified Professionals.
- She is a certified and experienced Project Manager
Nwombu Chi Jennifer
- Nwombu Chi Jennifer is the Sales Coordinator at Swisszaco Estates. She holds a BSc in Microbiology from Ignatius Ajuru University.
- A skilled and certified chef with a passion for creating culinary masterpieces.
- Her solid foundation in microbiology and her passion for connecting with people have made her successfully transition from the world of science to the dynamic realm of real estate. Her background in microbiology honed her analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
